This website showcases design templates created by StaticMotion and provides links to purchase them via third-party platforms: Webflow Marketplace, Framer Marketplace, and LemonSqueezy. By using this website or purchasing a template, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Intellectual Property

All templates and content are the exclusive property of StaticMotion. Purchasing a template grants you a non-exclusive license per the applicable terms. Ownership is not transferred. Redistribution, resale, or claiming the design as your own is prohibited.

3. Sales Platforms & Licensing

• Webflow Marketplace: Webflow License
• Framer Marketplace: Templates are sold using LemonSqueezy checkout.
• LemonSqueezy: Direct sales are managed by StaticMotion via LemonSqueezy.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Webflow purchases follow Webflow’s refund terms. Framer and LemonSqueezy sales are non-refundable due to the digital nature of the products.

5. Template Updates

You are entitled to updates as long as the product remains commercially available.

6. Support Policy

Email support includes installation guidance and use of core features, but not full custom work. Contact us at support@staticmotion.io.

7. Termination of Access

We may revoke access if you violate our license or terms. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
